"I sincerely apologize, I do not intend to badmouth or throw any in particular individuals under the “rug”. But I just couldn’t allow myself not to speak on my experience. I reside in the neighborhood, and have seen MUSTACHIOS in passing a number of times. I was in a pinch and swiftly needed a slight trim and clean up on my way to my beautiful sisters wedding. I was quickly seated as a walk-in. My hair was not incredibly long in the slightest. I informed my barber (who was a women, which is totally fine)that all was needed was a “ 2 “ around the edges neatly tapered into the top where I specifically said to leave 3.5 inches of length(which is quite a good amount), she agreed and commenced. 20 min had gone by she finished and then proceeded to show me the final product. I was shocked and in disarray of the absolute Massacre that was presented before me. Not only did she not taper or leave 3.5 inches on the top, my hair looked as if I was strapped upside down to the bottom of a 2007 Tacoma and dragged across every single pothole in the entirety of the Metro-Detroit Area. It was as if she laid my head down face first in the grass and ran me over with a Zero-turn 60 inch Kawasaki lawn mower. My Sisters wedding was ruined."
