"I tried shopping at this store a few times over the years. In the past, I felt it was over priced for being resale. I really hoped the new management would fix the store but still disappointed. The items are scattered everywhere so it's hard to shop with a stroller. Toys are missing pieces or appear dirty, strollers for sale out side were a lot older than expected to be, prices still not cheap for resale. Overall, I wouldn't recommend which is sad. Also a few times I drove by during open hours they did not appear to be open. So to load kids in the car for nothing wasn't appealing."

"Horrible experience for the first time ever going. Was recommended by a friend to sell gently used items. I was happy that I could support a family owed business. Went on Friday morning right when they opened. A VERY RUDE employee would not even look up to talk to me. She continued what she was doing and said I had to call back and make an appointment and then they can determine if I have what they need. I asked if I could make an appointment while I'm here instead of calling. Clearly she made it obvious she did not want to help me. I ended up walking out. I was very shocked and disappointed after seeing such high reviews. Not going back."
