"Staff is friendly! Unique, rare finds. We've stopped in at Sonny's a few times, and a men's size 10 in Nike must be a rare find there. My son only had two pairs of shoes to choose from. The last time we stopped in, there was nothing in his size."
"Came in with a friend and was looking at supreme t shirts. He found one he liked and started negotiating with one of the workers. They came to an agreed upon price but at the counter, the employee noticed my friends expensive hoodie and proceeded to say “you got an expensive hoodie on, you don’t need the discount” and went back on the agreed upon price. A absolute disgrace of fair business and customer service."
"A couple of months ago I did a consignment sale with this store. Honestly, I had never done one and was kinda nervous. They reassured me that they would try and sell my shoes and send me the money afterwards. That’s EXACTLY what they did!!! They were very professional, prompt and kept their promise! I’ll always do business with them! I can honestly say I’ve been on all sides of the spectrum now; selling and buying! Customer service amazing and they always have great selections. You won’t be disappointed if you do business with them!! Kudos to them in every way!"
"My son discovered Sonny’s while searching online for specific shoes that interested him. I drove 3.5 hours to purchase a pair of shoes & a hoody for my son from Sonny’s. Not only did they have what I was looking for, their selection was vast. They were quite expensive, but well worth the money and the drive for such high quality! The attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff were able to help with my selections. They also gave me a gift card to use toward a future purchase! Overall, my experience with Sonny’s was outstanding, and I will definitely be shopping at Sonny’s again! So excited there is a Sonny’s that opened in Traverse City (my hometown). Hopefully the location works out…just need more inventory up her. Highly recommend!"
