"Wanted to return an item i received from a purchase online( that included several items). It's in its original packaging. The lady at the registry opened the packaging and claimed it had spots so she wouldn't return it. I don't know what she saw, but everything is brand new in the original packaging. Very unfortunate service. We had returned items before in this location with no problem. We have been clients for years. The only outcome is that we will not purchase from this brand anymore, and you just lost a customer. Because we just returned the item by mail ."
