"I enjoy this store a lot, and the people who work here. I my order didn't run as smoothly as it possibly could be, and it is my fault. I didn't update my Carters Profile Account for them to contact me. Tim and Bree are fantastic and patient workers. I appreciate all the help that they have been with my package going all the way to WA. Tim gave me a lot of needed information which helped tremendously. Bree helped me this morning with my tracking # and the details of the package. I am satisfied. The store is clean, quite organized, tim is on top of his customer service game. I like the fact that I was present for an altercation. Tim and the other woman working along side took well care of the frustrated customer and did everything in their power to help her. I rarely leave 5 stars for my reviews. Keep up the good work you guys!"

"The store was very clean. There were a lot of super cute clothes with a different selection than you find in department stores. There were lots of holes in stock, though and shoes were a disaster. There were a ton of out of season shoes and little to no sandals in May. I had hoped to get the strappy play sandals that you can find in every department store. Staff was not outgoing at all. There was no greeting, no offer of help was made and seemed irritated that there were customers in the store."

"Staff is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful whatsoever! I called about an order that I had shipped to the store and the lady I spoke with was completely rude, and kept cutting me off. I have never had a good experience at this store. I will take the extra time and drive out the the one on Hall Road. They are SO much nicer & helpful."
