"Went to buy new kitchen glasses and was inspecting the glasses to ensure quality and to make sure they were not broken, Was yelled at by a woman who appeared to be the manager that I cannot do that as the picture of the product was on the box. I tried to explain I had to check before I bought same and she became very rude. Good thing I didn’t need shoes! By her logic I don’t need to inspect because the picture is on the box!!!"

"I came here to make a return on a woman’s Cole haan coat that I bought thinking it was a men’s coat. When I arrived at the register at 9:39AM December 10, 2023, there was a nice cashier that I was speaking to whom I do not know the name of. Before I could even finish, stating what I was in, there for, another cashier by the name of Tanisha. Or tonisha came up to the cash register I was at, and proceeded to tell me how I cannot make the return because I did not have the physical receipt. The reason I did not have the receipt is because the receipts are thermal receipts, and they fade in the sun because I left the receipt in my car. I was trying to inquire if I could show them a digital receipt that is sent to my email, but before I can even get to that Tynisha started getting loud and gesturing with both hands while leaning forward in my direction and saying “ SIR, DO YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT? “ at which point I got uncomfortable, took the coat and left. Where I was able to return it at another Marshals with no problems at all. I say that to say this when you work for a company you are the face of the company and if you have issues outside of work or don’t feel like going to work that day, don’t go to work, and be an in the way person and a major or minor inconvenience to a customer that is just trying to go about their day. Did I want to go to another Marshals and drive there just to do some thing that I could’ve done at the first Marshals no but I had to because of Tonisha. Tonisha took 15 minutes away from my life that I can never get back."
