"I've come to this mall and store plenty of times and have not had any bad customer complaints. But this particular time was different. There wasn't a greeting as I walked into the store. One of the young lady was helping someone and the other person, Destiny T. was rude. She left to go in the back as to not wanting to help us. We were even trying to get her attention but she just went on her way. I mean she didn't even ask if we had been helped. Finally after getting here attention she acted like she didn't want to get the shoe I wanted. Attitude all over the place. Why get a job in customer service if your going to have an attitude about it? I do understand we all go through something but your suppose to leave it at the door before going to work. I see other good reviews, I am guessing that she wasn't there. Please talk to your team to do better."
