"My family recommended this store to me & I had never heard of it. Now I see why, I am not pleased. Horrible customer service. The taller woman with auburn hair seems miserable, from my perspective, her energy taints the whole atmosphere of the store. You would think walking into a children’s store, you would be greeted with bright smiles, & excitement…. Not the case at all. Get some more positive, upbeat employees in here with less attitude lower your prices & you just might get more business. Edit: I’ve read the not so pleased reviews, I see that others have also noticed how rude the employees are. I also see that the staff responds saying they’ll do better. That’s clearly NOT happening because the employees are STILL rude to this day, the prices are the same & their pay out is still close to nothing. There is no growth or accountability within this store. Very stagnant. Never the less, I’ve also read the good reviews, I’m glad that this store isn’t just a waste. At least other people have had good experiences here."

"I wanted to like this store, so I gave it a few chances and even spent a good amount of money during my visits. However, after the last 2 visits, I finally decided I had enough. The staff is so rude and unpleasant it’s downright unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I also would like to mention that you can get the same brands, new from TJ Maxx for cheaper than what they sell. I just got my son a 2 piece nike outfit from TJ’s for $20, they average $4 more at children’s orchard. I would complain about the insulting amounts that they pay out but I think that topic has been covered plenty in the reviews. A pair of Uggs($80), 2 pairs of vans($50/pair), a few clothing items, and a pair of Nike shin guards earned me $13. Pretty disappointing to say the least. You would think with the amount of complaints regarding the staff that something would be done, but you can see the same 2 nasty women are still there daily polluting their store with their vile attitudes. Why would people who hate children and customer service be working in this field ? Surely there is a haunted house in the area looking to hire a few witches."
