"The worst customer service possible. Went to have a script filled. Spoke with both the pharmacist and assistant. I have had trouble with CVS filling the script. Asked for advice on seeking an alternative med since they could not completely fill the script for over a year. They did have 12 hour med but not the 24 hour to cover my script. However the pharmacist was more concerned with the price point since my med was covered under insurance than taking care of my needs. Once a new customer came up both ignored my presence for 5 minutes. I left at that point and will be sure to switch all meds out of CVS. Hopefully a regional manager can take a look at video and help both ladies with understanding customer service is still important."

"Ben going there for over 30 years. Then my prescription Insurance got switched to CVS and they started denying me everything. 30 years of Customer Loyalty did not mean squat to them. They weren't smart enough to figure out that all I had to do was walk across the street. I will never set foot in that store again"
