If you have to tell a customer to "google it" When they ask you, a verizon employee, how to keep their old phone number when switching from a different carrier, maybe you should find a different career. Absolutely despicable and dehumanizing treatment by all 3 floor employees. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shame on you Verizon."

"I am speaking here, coming from a career in the wireless industry. Before moving to government work for the DoD, I was an area manager for Sprint. NOW. The way my mother was treated yesterday is beyond despicable. I added my mom to my phone plan last week (I live in north Florida) and she went to her local store (Big Rapids, MI) near rite aid. She was scoffed at, eyes rolled at, and spoken ill of loudly by the representatives in the store. Customer service used to mean something, and I cannot believe the low standard to which the upper management holds their floor sales staff. If you need assistance I’d recommend going to the Russel cellular down in Rockford, they’ll at least treat you like a human."

"Stopped by on Sunday so there was not a huge customer crowd to wade through. We came to upgrade my wife’s phone to a iphone 15. Our customer service lady was named Justice and she is very knowledgeable about i phone products, accessories and was able to easily transfer data from the old phone. She even helped me with a couple of issues I was having with my phone. I def would come back snd recommend this Vz store."
