"Love this store!"

"I have been a supporter of this small business for years. I’ve raves about it, posted their stuff on social media and spent a LOT of money. Recently every order I’ve received has an issue- a hole in the armpit of one shirt, another shirt with a seam tear down the entire side- it was huge, another with extra stitches I had to cut and pull out of a couple different spots, another with a hole on the bottom. Almost every time they’re sold out and can’t replace the item and they offer a gift card not a refund. I’ve let it go and said ok. I just received a pair of shorts that were supposed to be euro swim trunks. They were 100% not swim trunks. The customer service rep argued with me and told me they were what they say they are and I can return them for a gift card minus a restocking fee. I’ve purchased 7 total pairs of euro trunks from this company. This is the only pair I’ve ever had a problem with because they are nothing like euro trunks. I got a wave goodbye from customer service when they were tired of dealing with my complaint. I’m disgusted that I’ve spent this much money supporting a small shop that treats a loyal customer so poorly. It’s just unacceptable. Yes they have cute items and when they’re not damaged they’re great. But customer service is beyond rude."
