"I went in a few days ago to find a way to attach my dehumidifier to a hose type system to allow it to auto drain. Christine and Dan were very helpful with some creative solutions. Dan ordered the flexible hose I needed and asked me to come back a few days later and to bring the de-humidifier so we could be sure that we have the right parts. A few days later, I stopped in and worked with Christine again. She was able to help me put it together with the parts needed for a very reasonable price. Tyson carried the unit Into the store and back out again for me. Now I can save the time and effort to NOT empty my dehumidifier EVERY day! I am a regular customer and I have always been pleased with the customer service at ACE. ACE is an Amazing Place!!!"

"This location is the very best Ace I have ever dealt with in 40 years. Morgan is extremely helpful when it comes to anything to do with screens. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable in any area as long as you don't ask the youngest greenest looking person in the store. The lady's there are very easy on the eyes and surprisingly helpful."

"Applied for a job here and was able to get in for an interview relatively quickly! Came in and interviewed with the assistant store manager as the main hiring manager was out that day. Interviewed and was told I would be contacted by the hiring manager. This was three weeks ago! I’ve reached out twice to follow up and ended up finding a different job elsewhere! But this is one of the few places that after interviewing was just totally left in the dark and never contacted by anyone regardless of whether they were interested in hiring me or not. I understand companies get busy. But when people need to pay bills and are trying to interview through your company. You should be more thorough and respectful of other applicants when going through the hiring process. Long story short if you’re looking for a nice local job. This store will probably not even call you back after an interview. Even if you reach out to follow up. Sad because my family and I loved shopping at ace for year and this really just put us all off."

"The staff is very friendly and I was welcomed by at least the employees upon entering. The strike is easy to find and a very clean and well organized store. I actually went looking for yeti products and the stock didn't disappoint at all. They had almost everything you could want. I who'll definitely be back if I ever need anything they carry!"
