Brewery Vivant

"We went to the Brewery Vivant for the 1st time this past Saturday night 2/17/24. The food was very good. One of children was not fond of the taste of the kids Mac N’ Cheese (but that was a personal preference). My husband added some meat to it from the sandwich he ordered and our daughter liked the Mac N’ cheese after that. The only real issue we had was the size of the food items our girls received, compared to the price. $11 for a kids cheese burger which is the size of a small slider. For $11 it would be nice to get a bigger sized burger. $8 for kids Mac n cheese it would’ve been nice to have a little bigger portion of that also. Other then that the food was great and staff is nice and friendly and we will definitely come back to eat again."

"Good food, great beer, sweet atmosphere. Ordered duck nachos and they did not disappoint. Great place to hang out for beer and drinks. They host many events and have a moody vibe."

"Brewery Vivant was such a unique and delicious dining experience. We had the duck nachos, which were decedent! Followed up by the Hot Honey Sandwich, Monk Salad, and Spicy Tomato soup…each of which was to die for! What a fun, old age atmosphere, friendly staff, and rich drinks. Remy was so sweet and personable! We can’t wait to go back."

"Nice spot. Fab beers, lots of euro styles with the American styles too. Great food, feels very Northern European. Very cool building, loykts of tables inside and out. The bone marrow was very good, duck nachos super nice and the charcuterie too. Dry good spot to grab dinner and some drinks in grand rapids"

"Overall, the food was disappointing. The tempeh sandwich was too soft. It desperately needs something crunchy (and a few pickles and a single leaf of lettuce don't really satisfy that). If the tempeh was actually crunchy or the bun were toasted, it would have been so much better. The sauce on it was nice, but that's about it. I also didn't care for the pickles. I could only taste vinegar and no other seasoning so I assume they only used vinegar to pickle the vegetables. Fries were good, but I've had them here before. I feel like the fries haven't changed. The staff is friendly. The host was amazing with sharing specials and what they liked and really made the specials sound good. Best part of the experience is the staff and the fries."
