"If you plan to use your own financing, I would not look to purchase your vehicle through here. Drove two hours with a 9 month old to look at a vehicle, everything was going fine until we informed them we had our own financing. We were told that even with putting down 10-15k we could not leave with the vehicle if we used our lender. Disappointing they try and force you into their loan options. They have since reached back out to “try” and work something out with us but seems to be bare minimum effort. The vehicle we were interested in was no longer available and provided alternative vehicles that are three steps down from what were interested in and at the same cost. We had tried to ask questions around these alternative vehicles to see if we could settle for less but received very little response and seems they have no interest in making a sale unless its on their terms and their financing. I usually don’t leave reviews but in this case I want to make sure others do not waste a trip if they have to drive any amount of distance."

"I want to be very clear. The staff I interacted with were professional and easy to communicate with. The process of dropping my car off, seeing the repairs needed and picking up the car was great. I have no issues with any particular staff member. That being said. I would never recommend anyone send a car here for repair ever. I have a 2007 Toyota RAV that has occasional problems with its pistons and spark plugs. My regular mechanic was booked out for a month. I knew that my issue was a minor one. So I decided to take it here because I knew it shouldn’t need any major work done. They quoted me 5,100 dollars to do an engine rebuild. Citing oil in the cylinders and a whole mess of problems. I politely told them I couldn’t afford that and happily paid the diagnostic fee. Waited the month to take it to my regular mechanic where after 96 dollars of repairs it’s good as new. All it needed was a new spark plug and an engine coil. My mechanic said there was no oil in the cylinders and had no idea what the other mechanics were talking about. I had brought the printout report from Toyota so they could see themselves. Absolutely egregious that they quoted me an astronomical sum of money for work that didn’t need to be done. Makes me wonder if a proper look at the engine was even done. I will never buy a car here, send a car here and will continue to tell people to not go here."
