Let me tell you he took his time and made sure to do everything right and helped me recovery from that tragedy of a cut. Go in and see Don and you’ll be happy with what he has offer. Great guy and I’ll be getting my haircut from Don again when it’s time for haircut!"

"Even after reading some of the reviews, and pretty much concluded Matt should of been the one to go to, except he had a 90 min wait. I unfortunately decided to allow the next available. Needless to say, I should have stuck with what the reviews had said!! How can you mess up a fade so badly? Not only is it uneven, but how do you leave a line with a fade?? On top of which asked to half the top thinned/textured.... And you waited to do it after the shampoo, which I paid extra for. Then tried getting me out of the chair without even attempting to at least blow dry off the hair clippings, that you've just made, after having had my hair washed. Funny you sent a email, wanting a review, and mentioned how you'd reach out to me. Seems how that didn't happen, much like a proper fade that I also paid for. I figured it be best I leave a review here also, and add to all the others! I wonder if anyone will notice a pattern here!! Surely not this company or this location it would seem!! I believe the name was Kennedy, at least that's what is on my receipt! Update: After contacting this location, and speaking with their assistant manager, who after I explained my dissatisfaction with the haircut. Seemed more bothered that I requested a certain employee to fix my haircut. Because "anyone here could fix it". I'd have to wait two weeks for that employee to return to work, just to attempt to fix the other employee major f'up!! The disregard the assistant manager had of my concerns, not only for the haircut, but also the fact that I paid to have my hair shampooed afterwards. Just for the employee to have to do what I had asked prior to doing, before washing it. And after they washed it, and did what I had requested. And after they proceeded to get me out of the chair,with now newly fresh cut hair, in my shampooed hair, that I had paid for. Which as you see was now a waste of money, much like the fade I had also paid for.... And I tipped for this! When your employee is more focused on what is outside the door,then what is in their chair. That is a store problem, and not the fact that you tell your employees to greet anyone coming in, because out of all the employees there when I had entered to leaving, not one person was greeted including me, but a great excuse the assistant manager used, to justify their employees bad work!!"

"After my favorite stylist left. Ive had nothing but problems. But i Will never be going back. My last 2 cuts have been nothing but awful. She cut my bangs right off and then proceeded to line up my receding hairline. She has emphasized my problem areas. I'm nothing but disappointed"

"MATT is the best barber I have encountered and have been going to him ever since he hooked it up the first time! In his absence Miss Kennedy cut my hair and i am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend both of them if you never been to this establishment."
