"I used to be a regular but I will be finding a new barber now. They advertised as open so I drove across town through the ridiculous traffic and showed up only to find that the door was locked and no one was there. They had the open sign still up, but clearly it was not. I called multiple times and got only voicemail. If you are going to be a walk-in only then you should honor the business hours you advertise or make changes to your hours online. Ridiculous and unprofessional."
