"Terrible customer service. My mother told me about this shop and suggested I try it out. First time going in this is not a walk in like suggested on window. I allowed this girl to do my hair one time. I told her I would need her to remove the weave. She said ok no problem. Day of appointment I felt like she had me waiting and there was no customer in her chair. She was in a rush to do my hair and seemed more concerned about her hair and appearance at the time. About 3 weeks later I contact her and schedule an appointment for a takedown for a week out. I have a busy work schedule and pre plan everything. This woman Shannon called me the SAME DAY An hour before MY PRIOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL ON ME AND WHATS WORSE DID NOT ARRANGE ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENTS AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE WEAVE DOWN MYSELF. What a disappointment. I had a trip planned next day and I had a hard time finding a stylist last minute. I will never Do business and spend my money with her again. She does not respect new clients."
