"I would never book again or recommend anyone else to do so , booked for my baby shower and she literally didn’t show up no text no call nothing not even a refund I’m currently filing a dispute on my own . When I reached out to her she basically tried to blame me saying she sent an email the night before and refunded me the night before ! The night before would still have been wrong and a huge inconvenience . I’m STILL waiting on that email by the way and called my bank no refund either . If I could do zero stars I would . Please don’t book if you have anything important to do I’m def not the first person she did this too numerous people have reached out to me with similar experience the lady’s in the shop were not surprised at all either like she does it alot . 0 stars , would not recommend"
