"Customer service is the most important thing, I was just looking at hoodies and putting them back into place after touching them and one of the workers there told me “are you gonna buy anything or just touch my stuff?” I have been looking for only about 3 minutes. Hire better staff if you care about your business."

"I went to the Jimmy Jazz location in Southfield on 12/19 and they told me that the Fairlane location had a pair of Air Max 97s in addition to Ken Griffeys. I called the Fairlane location and the female employee told me that they do have the size 9 in the (AM 97) that I was looking for. I left my house and was about to buy my whole family a pair of shoes and drove over 20 miles to get to Snipes and arrived at 8:05pm and they told me that they didn’t have them. Then the 2 female employees told me that they have been “looking” for them for awhile. Why would they tell me that they had some shoes that they have been “looking” for for awhile? Yes, I’m extremely irate and your 2 indifferent female employees that said that other locations cannot look up their inventory and then mumbling smart comments in the back of the store did not help the situation! On a positive note, you saved me over $500 plus dollars and a lost customer!"

"Horrible costumer service! The employees are trash. I asked for a price check and the guy at the register was guessing the price and told me I’m asking too many questions and that he’s not sure because their price machine is broken"
