"I received poor customer service at Brighton location specifically. Been a long time customer of multiple locations. In my opinion quality control has definitely slipped over the years, very sad. Hopeful they can improve things with the new locations. Good luck!"

"I've had their Stromboli before and remember it being good but I picked up ribs, chicken, mac and cheese and a Greek salad the other other day and found the chicken incredibly dry and over seasoned and the mac and cheese inedible. The ribs were tender with a decent sauce and the salad was standard fair so I know they have some menu items that are good. We no longer live in the area but do head to Brighton occasionally so I'll try them again and see if they are worth a better rating."

"Everything on the menu is great! Staff is friendly, food is well priced, and amazing. Sometimes they get a bit backed up, just like every place can when they have a surge of customers, but most of the time their estimates for food prep time is spot on."

"We used to love Gus's pizza but sadly it has gone downhill. Our last pizza we got (pictured) was1/2 crust and 1/2 pizza. This has happened the past few times so it doesn't appear to be a one time incident. 12/12/23 Update: We have since ordered their mostaccioli and lasagna meals for 4 which comes with a greek salad and breadsticks and those have been fabulous every time! I would 100% recommend either of those over their pizza."

"Placed an online order the day ahead of a birthday party for some fried chicken and a bunch of sides. Seemed a little chaotic when they didn't have my order ready but they had the order. I got fresh chicken and sides. They put it all together for me. It was delicious. Leftovers were amazing. Sad they are all gone."
