"Great clips in general is a risk when you’re expecting a haircut the way you want it, and expecting it not to be messed up. I recommend never going to any great clips with regards to just a general regular haircut. I feel they hire just anyone and have a high turnover rate. . As far as this specific location, money is clearly more important than the customer to the franchisee owners. I had a very odd experience today with a nice manager, Kathy, who walked outside to have a private conversation with one of the owners re: my return attempt. I followed her to keep her honest and her boss and the Corporation honest if I could. . Kathy said an owner Laura declined to honor my effort at receiving a return under their return guarantee. I had my receipt for 2 products but was sent away denied a fair and just outcome. I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the last few years, to what end? To be denied a simple refund for 2 unsatisfactory products I purchased and tried?.On a bigger note the owner Laura refused to let me get her email or any of her contact information telling Kathy that she would call me in a few days. Edit: The owner did call. Nothing gained by me but a friendly chat."
