"My fiance and I went in today to look at suits for our upcoming wedding. It was the biggest waste of time and was so uncomfortable and awkward. We stated that we were thinking of navy/blue suits to rent for my fiance and the groomsmen. Our sales person Justin pulled up a picture online after we agreed on a color and asked us if we liked the picture and wanted to go ahead and set up with them. I asked if my fiance could try some options on and he told us that they don’t do that and they only can show us pictures. I’m sorry but what?? It was so awkward and I have never heard of a place not having options to try on. Very disappointed and it was a huge waste of time. Do not go here if you’re wanting to try suits on before you commit to paying almost $300 and asking your groomsmen to do the same."

"Went with the wife today to find something to wear for an upcoming wedding. Omar was our sales person and he was fantastic. Found me a nice blue sport coat with matching pants, patterned shirt and new shoes. The combination was perfect. You can buy a suit anywhere but if you want a great customer experience with a honest salesperson, go see Omar and he will set you up and make you look and feel great."

"I am not sure what the bad reviews are about. My middle son purchased his first suit here. The sales staff helped us promptly, didn't oversell and hooked him up. We did have a small snafu with the alterations being a little too much on the small side however, the manager Tim said to come in and they'd help us figure it out. They did just that and it was fantastic."

"The worst customer service. No one cares about helping you. All the guys just sit there doing nothing. I made an appointment for my Tux fitting for my wedding. The kid that was measuring me mentioned to us 4-5 times that he has to leave soon and had to leave at 4pm. He kept saying it, making us feel rushed and like a huge inconvenience. I had other groomsmen to get fitted but I told them not to come because that kid was so worried about leaving early. His name started with a J. I can’t remember his full name. But it was awful. I’ll never recommend anyone to go there. I have 4 friends getting married and I’m telling them all to stay away."

"I am the best man at my buddy’s wedding tomorrow in Bedminster, New Jersey. Had my measurements taken in Novi, Michigan, by a staff member on site. Obviously, done so improperly, as my pants are way too short. My leg inseam is a 41.5 inch, and the form was submitted as a 38 inch. Idiots. Additionally, there is a disgusting white stain on my pants. I paid over $200 for a one-day rental, and this is what I get….. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Please, if you care about your wedding experience, do NOT use any Men’s Wearhouse. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Pathetic. Ridiculous. I should be fully refunded."
