"Ive come here in the past and not had issues but today I walked in and had issue after issue. The barber couldn’t speak English enough to figure out what I wanted even with a picture of what I wanted done. He also did several things with my beard and mustache that I specifically asked them not to do. His hands and breath smelled like he had just been smoking weed and hadn’t even washed his hands. At the end he wouldn’t accept card and made me go across the street to use an atm that didn’t even work so there was more hassle. If I had caught the barbers name I’d warn you but he never even introduced himself. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location"

"Abby/Abbie/ (I don’t know how her name is spelled, but I appreciate the cut!!) So I came in as a walk in with an absolute mess of hair (self inflicted). I wasn’t even very descriptive but I showed a brief couple of pictures. Given the circumstances and my hair type and all that. I left in a hurry due to blah blah blah personal problems blah blah. But She really did a great job. Super friendly. Listened to the ideas I had and fixed every problem I had with my hair. If I would’ve taken a before picture it would do a lot more justice than just my words. Will be returning. -Drew Side note to all these goofy Google reviews. Customer service wise Everyone was pleasant to me even when I called multiple times asking the same question. (“Do y’all take walk ins?!”)"

"I took my son here a couple of days ago. An intern ended up cutting his hair. We were asked to pay cash and were overcharged by $10. They didn't even cut the back of my son's hair. To make matters worse, this intern didn't speak English, and so my son wasn't able to communicate what he actually wanted. It's disappointing because they did a nice job on his back to school haircut this fall. Unfortunately, we won't be going back here."

"This place was FANTASTIC!! We were in town for a wedding and I had made an appointment somewhere else online and it was messed up it changed the appointment to a different date than I had picked unfortunately the following week and I called Str8razorzs and they were able to get him in last minute. They did such an amazing job!!!! Thank you so much."
