"Wish I could give a 0 star, this was my first time coming here to this store, I asked this one young lady that worked there she was very tall with dark hair with glasses all I asked her if she could help me find the shoe size that I needed she shook her head and said to me very rude “ what do you need” I said what I needed then she came over and pointed with a attitude saying these are the shoes sizes here, I said is this how you treat your customers that asked you questions, she says she was the manager. Me and my friend were very confused c we weso rude to us when we came in there with a good attitude. She talked to us so nasty just because I asked her why she so mad at us for asking her one question, she then say if you don’t like anything in this store go next door to dsw, wow, my mind was blown, then says she will call the police on us when we didn’t even do anything. I told her I will be calling corporate which I did and they will be handling this situation. We are black Americans she was a Caucasian American I don’t want to say that this was a racism issue, but it was given racism to us."

"Bought shoes from this store on Saturday. Wore them for the first time on Monday and the sole literally fell off. Contacted customer service and they are not willing to refund my money. Horrible customer service. lost 80 bucks won't ever buy from them again"
