"Had just gotten a Mani/pedi at the nail salon in Breton Village and decides to head to loft to see what they had and their back door is locked. I saw people in the store so I knew they weren't closed. An employee motioned to me to go around to the front door. There was no sign on the door to the store or at the back entrance of the mail stating this. So to shop there I would have to walk outside and either walk all the way around the building or get in my car and park in the front. And then she and the customer she was ringing up seemed to laugh at the circumstances. So yeah, you just lost a customer."

"Quit my job here because management is so bad. They will make the Associates do everything while they sit in the back and talk to each other and be on their phones. They will make you feel bad if you're not skinny, and imply that you are fat. Amanda will promote making fake relationships with clients just to get them to sign up for loft cards. Val is always 10-15 minutes late in the morning for work."

"The worst experience of my life. I was hired by Loft at Breton Village Mall for over a month, and had planned to come in for orientation. Talked various amounts of times with the managers to confirm my work for the summer. Then I called to set up my schedule 2 days before coming in and they told me that they "accidentally" hired too many people. The best they could do was say sorry. Very rude, inconsiderate, unorganized, and disrespectful. Needless to say I will never be shopping at this store again and will not recommend to anyone."
