Online paid $113. In store found my size & bought 2 pair. My total was $45.48. Huge savings! Thank you DSW sales rep! Love them!"

"Just went to buy a pair of shoes and was waiting for cashier and was told by manager to move to back of line. There were 2 customers behind me and the one customer told me to go ahead of her. Well needless to say I did not buy any shoes. I left the store and felt I was mistreated by your person working. I felt she did not want to be there.and was rude and I told her! I feel she needs to be retrained in working with people. Just saying, sorry."

"Girl at the register was very polite. Decent shoe/boot selection, at least for men. Don't know about women's section. Only problem I have is that I wear a 14. Little to no large sizes, even on the website. Maybe more of a problem with the manufacturer than the distributor. Large people exist, make some damn shoes for us!"

Salesperson declined to order for me stating covid (blah, blah, blah...). Wasn't given the choice to order and wait for delivery. So I went home and found them on the internet from someone else for the same price & free delivery. Had them on my doorstep in less than a week."
