"Very unsatisfactory experience. I had one of my truck blow a tire not far from here, after calling around to a few places, wonderland said they could help out and to come right in. I only needed them to mount a supplied tire onto my trailer. After almost completing the mount and while airing the tire up, they claimed it was making noises and was not a good tire, even though I well know the history of the tire and know for a fact it is in good condition. They then proceed to tell me they only have a grossly overpriced tire to replace it with, knowing I'm from out of town and it's late on a Friday. I refuse to be taken advantage of and tell the driver to have them remove the tire and proceed to the next truck stop. I then personally go out and mount said tire and inflate it with no issues and continue on with the trip, all with not one sign of a bad or dangerous tire. Do not recommend unless your willing to just go along with whatever and let them empty your pockets."

"Fairly new to the area, but not the service world. Jake was great to deal with as I shopped for new tires. I like to spend my money in the area I live and Wonderland Tire was my choice. I gave him the go ahead to replace 4 tires which he walked me through every option at a pro level. I also was concerned about the vehicle pulling to the right as my wife drives my kids in this car daily. I asked him to align the vehicle after 4 new tires which should be done each time for even wear of that investment. He called me to tell me the alignment was on point (and it does drive straight with the new tires). He could of very easily told me it was a little off and I needed that full 4 wheel alignment. He called me to tell me he saved me some money, gave me a print out from the alignment machine, and told me it was ready to go way ahead of the promised time. Being in the service business myself for about 2 decades at the highest management I was very pleased which did not happen at another shop I tried locally in the past. Call, ask for Jake, and buy with confidence."
