"When I went for the first fitting I told the staff my shirt and jacket sizes. The coat was too tight at the fitting and there wasn't shoes or a shirt to try on. When I went to the final fitting the sleeves on the shirt went down to my elbows and the jacket was even smaller than the one I tried on. They did find another shirt which was different from everyone elses(mine had buttons theirs had cufflinks). And there was no jacket. They did end up bringing me a coat the next day but I didn't and several others didn't have pocket squares. For the price we paid we expected better and there was no offer of any compensation in the end. I have two stars because they did transport the bigger jacket to me..."
