"Rudest kids working here!! Dumbest girl associate with a cow ring & rude black boy! Never shopping there again!!"
"I ordered shoes for my daughter online, they came and were too big so we went to go exchange them. They didn’t have any of the same ones in stock, fine, that’s absolutely not an issue as they were willing to just get them ordered to ship to me. However, the lady helping us wouldn’t let us try on an identical pair and instead insisted that measuring my daughter’s foot would tell us the size she needs. Received the shoes a few days later and they were incredibly small. Irritating, but decided to just go in the store and find something else entirely and just pay the difference if need be. We went back yesterday afternoon 8/26 and the young man who assisted us was WONDERFUL. So helpful and kind. However, one young lady here was wearing a shirt that was so revealing it made myself, my friend and my eight year old uncomfortable. As we were leaving my daughter asked me why she was wearing only a bra… as a business that advertises KIDS shoes, maybe a shirt rather than a bralette would be more appropriate. It was just bizarre and off putting."
"I was sold a defective shoe. 24 hour's later I returned the shoe . Un worn still brand new. All 6 employees there were acting weird looking at the shoe etc. I'm assuming because I'm African American. Racist Store."
"Jessica Cuevas assisted me in returning my defective shoes today. She was very attentive to my situation and made it so stress free. Love this place for adidas shoes"
"I’m more than irritated with Journey’s. My husband went in there last week to look for boots. After finding a pair that he liked, he could only find one boot and not its mate. The sales associate claimed to have looked in the back but after only two minutes she came back with nothing. How do you lose a size 13 men’s boot? We decided to order the pair online in the store. The boots did arrive promptly, that’s the only good thing I have to say. However after opening his NEW boots we noticed scuffs all over both toes and dirt on the tread. There was also no stuffing in either boot as would be expected with new shoes. These were clearly NOT new but used. So Journeys is ok with marketing and selling boots as NEW when clearly they are not. After trying with no success to chat and email with customer service he called and was told he would receive a prepaid label in an email. Two days later he still hasn’t received the email (shouldn’t email be instant?) and he called customer service again with no help. Go spend your money elsewhere because if you have any issues at all you will certainly get no help."
