"I would have reviewed this store highly in the past as I have shopped here for years. I had enjoyed supporting a local business like this one. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore. I made a return and they said all money would be put back on my card. When the money was not returned to my card and I brought it up to them and they claimed their books showed they gave me the cash back at the time of return (they 100% did not) and there was nothing they could do. It’s not about the money, it’s about good business and customer service. To “steal” a good paying life long customers money and tell them there is nothing they can do is about as bad as it gets. Please be better Reynolds and Sons!"
