"we have ordered twice now from door dash from them. the first time we got half the order with a note on the receipt that we think said they were out of chocolate, but they didn’t bother telling anyone, and sent it anyway and it was melted and spilling out, the second time the dasher said he felt ignored because of his race and couldn’t get my order and the store didn’t do anything to tell anyone there was no order. How do I send you an email?"

"I have tried to order from here multiple times on their own app AND doordash, just told be told that they are constantly “high volume” or “not currently accepting orders”. Then when I call, the employees tell me that they haven’t had any problem with online orders coming through. We didnt have this issue a few months ago but recently their service has gone waaaaay down hill. Reading the other reviews, it doesnt surprise me. Wont be ordering from here again."

"While picking up an online order (that was 15 mins late), a short black-haired employee drops a spatula that she was using to flip waffle cones onto the muddy ground. She picks it up and continues using it without hesitation. Really good food safety training(and common sense.) Another employee (who noticed that I’ve seen what happened), calls her out and volunteers to wash it for her (she obliges luckily.) this occurred 10/21/23 at 6:15pm in case a manager that cares sees this."

"Amazing customer service. It was my first time at a cold stone and the employee there was so kind and patient while I decided what I wanted. He even helped answer any questions I had. Loved the ice cream itself and their special flavors all sounded so good. I ended up landing on the chocolate devotion. The mix-ins were mixed in so well I had one in every bite. I wasn't upset about the pricing either. With how amazing the ice cream was paying roughly $6 for a small was worth it! 10\10 would recommend, and I am definitely stopping in the next chance I get."
