"I have never been to their tea shop. I am an online customer only. Yes, the price is high compared to other online loose leaf organic options. However, I am happy to pay their price because the quality is simply unmatched by anything else I’ve ever tried. Over the years I have tried several of their offerings and was blown away by each one. These days, I tend to stick to the all white. The earl grey, vanilla heaven and hummingbird nectar were all absolutely phenomenal as well. When you choose this company to purchase your tea from, you are choosing a company that’s transparent about who their staff is and where the product is grown whether it be on their farm or elsewhere. If quality is important to you, you can’t go wrong with this company. I’m willing to pay for high quality every time. I could have stayed for hours smelling teas on the sniff bar. You may be off put by the prices, but please remember you are paying for quality here. And boy is this quality tea! Even on a foggy, drizzly day this place seemed magical."
