"I’m usually a big fan of Panera, but this is the least efficient drive through ever. We waited close to ten minutes at the drive through—we were the only car and we ordered breakfast pastries! The prices at this location are noticeably higher than downstate locations. Over $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, and they don’t even spread it for you!"

"If there was a way to give negative stars I would, girl at the drive thru was not pleasant and was obviously annoyed there were whopping three cars in line and what can I say about this "sandwich" that is half the size of a cookie and 14 dollars??? If there was 4oz of chicken on it I would be shocked asked for avocado and got none just a complete joke a cookie and a garbage sandwich 17 bucks???"

"Got the bread bowl soup and it was missing the bread bowl. Also my son got the new chicken pepperoni sandwich that was $18, and it hardly has anything on it- mostly bread. So $40 for that a small cup of soup and Mac and cheese. Not worth it My kids like the food, but the atmosphere is general chaos and you order from AI."

"Good food.... if you want to spend that much money for fast food. I got the almond chicken half sandwich, half chicken noodle soup and a coffee. My husband got the steak and cheese half sandwich with fugi apple chicken half salad, with a coffee for a total of $37 for both of us. The food tasted good, but was it worth almost $40? My chicken noodle soup was soupy.....mostly broth. Hardly any noodles and virtually no chicken in it. The half sandwich was good. My husband had no complaints.... but again....Really not worth spending that much money for fast food."
