I walked in with a smile and introduced myself she said much of nothing. She was very condescending and her attitude was nasty. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. "I really enjoyed my time at Mo's salon. It's very intimate with the soft lighting & it being only you and her which interested me the most because I don't like a noisy/busy salon. I love my hair & have gotten sooo many compliments on it, I got a wash & go on 10/17 and my curls are still poppin (its 10/27) & still receiving many compliments. I’ve gotten wash & gos, rodsets, braided & twisted updos, two strand twists, braided & twisted mohawks, finger coils, and cornrows... People compliment my hair all the time, even when the style is 3 weeks old! I have no complaints. Mo is the greatest and I absolutely love her!! Plus, she uses only the best products!
