"I’ve been shopping at GBF since they opened their first store and really liked it, my daughter went there yesterday to get an outfit for here birthday and purchased a $70 pair of jeans and while she was still in the mall shopping for other things to go with them realized the zipper was broken took the jeans back to the store and they would not give her a refund offer to swap or repair them. I am very disappointed in the fact that they didn’t try to assist in any way after the sold her jeans that were already damaged which is probably why they were on sale for $70. What a rip off of a store. I will no longer shop here since I see the way you treat your customers and will be telling my friends not to as well"
