"Edit: I changed it from 1 to 3 stars because I finally got the chance to speak with Alyssa and she contacted the owner and they gave me a $90 credit to use on their other services. Not exactly the resolution I was hoping for, but it will work for me. Didn't wanna have to give them one star but they left me no choice. This review will solely about their customer service, not about their actual machines or service. So what happened? A few days ago I had went in for their red light therapy, and enthusiastically I went for their 3 month package for $100 because of the benefits of Red Light therapy and it was one of their better value deals for it. Seeing as they were one of the cheaper options in the area, I jumped on it. I did one session that day and then left. Normally if you do one session, they would charge you $10. Well the very next day, I had found out that planet fitness has their own Red Light Therapy machine called Total Body Enhancement. Seeing as I used Planet Fitness already, I figured why not just save money by using their RLT machine, so I called back up this spa and asked them if I could get a refund of $90 for the 3 month membership I had purchased, and they just keep the $10 for having used their machine only once, since a single session is, as I mentioned earlier, only $10. She told me "No, sorry, but all sales are final." So I tried to argue the point that I had literally just went there only yesterday, did a single session, why can't I just be charged for that single session, and they can give me the rest of my money back. It's not like I was using their services for 2 weeks or a month and then asking for my money back. But still, "sorry, all sales are final!!!" was the expected response. So I asked to speak with the manager, they said they would pass along my concern to their manager, Alyssa. Expecting her call, I waited a couple of days. She never called. So yesterday, I decided to get her number from them and call her myself. Rang her up, didn't answer, and her voicemail said it was full - which is a bad sign because it possibly means that she is the type of person who doesn't answer customer's calls and doesn't even listen to their voicemail to call them back to assist them with their concerns. Could also mean she gets too many calls than she can keep up with, but I doubt it as it wasn't busy there at all when I was there that one time. So anyway, then I texted her, assuming this is a cell business number of hers, asking her to call me when she can because I needed to discuss in issue with her. Again, I received no response from her, hence this one star review. Every good business and manager out there allows for exceptional circumstances in regards to their policies. Mine was an exceptional circumstance and surely didn't fit in to their normal circumstance they might run into. I only did a single session, the very next day I am politely asking for just $90 of the $100, and I just pay the $10 as people would normally pay for the single session. Was that truly asking for too much? Given such a exceptional circumstance that was, no reasonable business would decline such a refund request since it was literally only 1 day and 1 use that had passed. But nope, this business, they just wanna wave their non-negotiable, cemented in stone policy of "all sales are final!!" in your face and do away with you, not wanting to be bothered with you, which is why they have trash customer service and a rediculous policy that doesn't allow for any exceptions whatsoever, hence this 1-star review. So again, this has nothing to say about their actual equipment or services, but as far as their customer service is concerned, it's non-existent, so don't expect anything."
"I had a great experience here. I haven't been tanning in years and I was super happy with how I was greeted and treated. Anna helped me the entire time she was very knowledgeable not only if what beds and lotions were there but even at their other locations. She definitely made everything easier for me and I'm so happy that I got a monthly package with them. it's very clean, the girls are so helpful and sweet, the beds look amazing and so far are amazing. excited for my spray tan"
"First time in there I was new to tanning and had tons of questions. One if the ladies that was working was very informative and helped me a ton! She showed me how to work the beds and even showed me some great lotions she recommended. They have an awesome Facebook page that lured me into buying a week of tanning for $20 any bed! (I picked high pressure which is around $23 a visit anyway, great deal!) It was very clean and the woman that helped me took her time and focused on me and my concerns while I was there which made me feel like my business was much appreciated!"
"Some employees are not friendly, most are not. Not rude just not friendly. Also I've had a couple incidences where they forgot to clean the beds.. peoples sweat, tanning lotion and just plain residue have been on them... always residue regardless on the beds... so now every time I go in there I clean them myself every time. Plus over priced. Not that great of a place."
