"The manager completely messed up my boyfriend's hair, cut way more than they were asked to making both the front and sides really short. He asked for his bangs to be cut to his eyebrows and no shorter and even showed an example and they cut it right to the top of his forhead completely disregarding what he said, to some this may not be a big deal but when he has senior pictures tomorrow that he cant reschedule or be refunded it's hard to deal with and completely ruined his day. Not to mention he absolutely loves his hair and due to anxiety likes having his face covered as much as he can handle. Id leave a zero if I could, listen to the instructions you're given rather than feeling entitled to do whatever you please."
