"I went in with high hopes seeing that this place had good reviews, but I left not only extremely upset about my hair but the way I was treated was very cold. I explained I wanted 2-3 inches cut off- I wish I had a before photo because my hair was down to my lower back. Long story short, my hair is destroyed and because I pointed out that she was going shorter than I asked- I was immediately attacked and being accused of trying to get a free haircut. I never felt so belittled in my life. She said it was MY fault that my hair was so short because "I changed my mind mid haircut" but I did not. I've been getting the same haircut for 15 years and NEVER had this issue. I typically go to higher end places, but I had a good experience at Great Clips LP so I wanted to try the low cost areas in my neighborhood. THAT was my fault. To let me leave telling me how great my hair looked in which everyone can see in this photo, it is anything but great, was traumatizing. If you go here, request "Lena" who is the manager in which you might get a haircut from her. I believe I had "Cindy B" because although she failed to introduce herself, the sign on the door said that's who the stylist was. She claims to have been doing hair for 30 years and claimed at one point she wasn't comfortable finishing my hair so i told her she didn't need to finish but there's a high possibility she destroyed my hair on purpose because she judged me when she knows nothing about me."
