"New customer here, and my first time visit at the salon was exceptional. I came in after a previous stylist sort of botched my hair, and Oxana has brought it back to life. She truly is a blonde specialist. There is some work that needs to be done, and I am confident that she will be able to take care of my hair safely and correctly. The salon itself is super clean, new and fresh. It’s a open space concept, and the chairs for the sink are phenomenal. I could’ve laid there all day. Salon Nove a very cute shopping area with some accessories, purses, and shirts for sale. They have a great selection of hair care products for sale, as well as offer, coffee and fruit infused water. I’m very excited for my next appointment and cannot wait to come back! Update 9/28 - I just called a few moments ago to see if there was an earlier time available for an already scheduled appointment next month. I was not very happy with the receptionist. I let her know that I’m only available Thursday evenings and on Saturdays to see my stylist. I told her the Thursday she was talking to me (Oct 12th) about was not available for me as we are traveling. I asked if there was a cancellation list and she said she can put me on one for the day since I’m already booked for later in the morning if it becomes available. As we were closing the conversation, when I said thank you what is your name? She hung up on me without even saying goodbye. Not a nice way to end these calls. Having excellent customer service as a priority for me. Something like that makes me reconsider any kind of business."
