"Liked it. With only $8 you can eat a lot."
"It was a buffet, six years ago; they had a great selection. I recommended the pizza burger; a burger with pizza spice used as either bun, red sauce already included. It's ok food, affordable. Self service. You have, using regular buns, got to try peanut butter on a burger, no other sauce, get your protein."
"Very hit or miss. Sometimes the meals are good, and the burgers are consistently good. But when the meals are bad, they’re VERY bad. The food can often be comparable to prison food. I’ve even gotten food poisoning on a couple of occasions. My advice: get a meal plan that offers warrior dollars and only come here once a day."
"I dormed at Wayne State for 3 years, and Gold n’ Greens and the salad bar were the only things that saved me. Their meat options are usually severely undercooked or overcooked; their pasta is overcooked, dry, and gummy; the pizza tastes cheap and looks like it’s been sitting out for a while; and on two separate occasions, there has been mold on my food. I got cereal at one point, and I got a sandwich. Both the cereal and the bread were moldy. There was also a point where the chocolate milk tasted like it had gone bad. I love my university and I am ashamed that I have to state all of this as accurate, but it is. Wayne State, please correct all these issues. We should not be paying high prices for inedible, tasteless food."
