"My daughter purchased her wedding gown there and they are keeping it in storage. They told us she could come back and look at it and try it on whenever she wanted we just need to schedule an appointment so they could pull the dress. I called 3 weeks ahead of time and requested for her to come in and try on her dress. I also scheduled that her 2 bridesmaids would be coming in with her to try on bridesmaid dresses on. We got there and they put my daughters dress in the fitting room and left we had to hunt someone down to help find a veil for her. When they did come over to help put a veil on the we’re stepping all over my daughters train. Then one of the bridesmaids had to find a worker to ask if she could just try on dresses. They all scattered without giving any instructions or asking what we were looking for. We was there about 30 mins and one very rude employee said to another worker very rudely are they trying on bridesmaid dresses?? Did they have an appointment we close in 20 mins. We ended our session and left. They just lost 6 customers!! We will be going somewhere else and would not recommend them. They are lucky my daughter already bought her wedding dress because we will not be returning for anything else."

"My 5 stars is for the great customer service from Gabby. This was 4th bridal store in search for my dream dress. I was getting a little discouraged but, Gabby pulled dresses for me as she listened to my needs. I tried one on that I loved, but was nervous to make that final decision before finishing my other appointments. She encouraged me to finish out my appointments at other places before I decided. I did not feel pressured at all. I went to other appointments after this, and decided that the original dress Gabby had pulled for me was THE dress. I messaged her via FB which she quickly responded to get me in for my measurements. I went in, got measured, was able to try it on again to make sure and paid for my dress! She really made this process easier and I will update my review when I get my dress :) P.S - I am a plus-sized bride if this review helps other plus-sized brides make their decision on coming here Thank you Gabby!~ #ISAIDYES"

"Earlier today my future bride visited Eva’s Bridal with her cousin upon seeing a Small Business Saturday advertisement and thought it would be a good idea to stop in and take a look around to support a small business local to us as she’s narrowing down dress options. She was met with a consultant in store who lacked tact, professionalism, and above all class. This consultant was rude and condescending to my fiancée because, despite having a picture of a dress to share, she didn’t happen to know the exact designer or style number of said dress. Spoiler alert - that’s not our job to know and consult upon, that’s the job of the consultants in-store to guide future brides on the journey of selecting the dress of their dreams. The intent was not to have a full-on fitting visit, but to perhaps learn some more and schedule a date in the future to come try dresses on. Not only will that not be happening, but we will be advising everyone we know to actively avoid Eva’s Bridal in their pursuit of a wedding dress."

She was so nice, was SO good at picking things that fit my taste exactly (not easy when you're an alternative bride!), & I didn't feel awkward like I have at like...every other dress shopping experience I've had.
