"Store is well staffed. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The San Francisco 49ers shirt being used to wipe your feet at the front door was hilarious! Update 1/27/24 Store owner responded to my review asking how the store can earn my fifth star. The answer is consistency. Yesterday was my first visit to a Fanatic U store. If I return to this store (there's a location that's closer to where I live) and the experience is as great as it was yesterday, my rating of it will increase to 5."

"Got my wife a LaPorta jersey for Xmas. Went at like 1pm on a Saturday expected madness, but was surprised at how quickly I was helped. Very friendly staff the lady's that helped me were very knowledgeable. I'll be going back"

"Disappointing experience. I like to shop locally, so I went to purchase three jerseys for my husband and two for myself unfortunately I walked out empty handed. The two people a young lady and young man behind the counter made me feel so unwelcome. They just stared and watched me walk around they never spoke never asked if I needed assistance finding something NOTHING!! I finally walked over to ask them if they had the jerseys in stock that I wanted and the young lady was curt and said No and then No again on the second jersey I wanted period. No additional information was offered or given. I felt horrible. Nonetheless I went home and purchased online. I would’ve liked to have spent that $400.00 in my neighborhood. We’ve lived in the area for over 30 years and I Will Never Go Back~"
