"In my opinion, DD is not as good as it used to be. The beverages are good, but all the food items are not. Back in the day, they made all the doughnuts on site. Now, everything is made off-site and brought in by trucks. Nothing is made from scratch. It's either frozen, or comes in a bag, can, or box, etc..."

"Came here today had a offer on my Dunkin app about the refresher being $2 everyday in may he scanned it many times and said it doesn’t work I said it’s in your app… how doesn’t it work and I said can you just change the price to $2 because it’s obviously on your app he wouldn’t change it. I drove all the way to this Dunkin wasted gas to go to another Dunkin went to another Dunkin they took it right away"
