"They never get the order correct how hard is it to get an order correct you only McDonald's. I know that actually can get an order correct as one that my family works at otherwise. I haven't been to one yet there. But I know how to get an order correct. My burgers are always ice cold. My fries are always still. My drinks are always watered down. My burgers are wrong. I get a simple order. Burger with cheese nothing else how hard is that to follow"
"This location is always very slow in the morning but the location is convenient so I am here often. This morning I pull into the drive thru and there are no cars. Great! I sit, and sit and sit. Three times I said hello into the speaker and got no response. A simple "I will be right with you " would be fine. Any acknowledgment would be fine. Instead they chose to ignore me. Finally I pulled up to the window only be given the rudest attitude from the long haired blond manager wearing the headset. She was rude. Not even a mention of my wait much less any sort of "sorry for your wait". I understand short staffing. I understand having too much to do at one time. There is no excuse for rude. Kindness is free. The woman who gave me my order was friendly and polite just as she always is."
