"I went to get my nails done with my Granddaughter. She arrived before me and her nails were being worked on when I arrived. I told my nail tech 3 times that I wanted to sit by her. We had planned to get our nails done together for my Birthday. She just ignored what I said. We were on the opposite side of the room. I yelled over to her to talk a few times. I asked the tech to paint closer to my cuticle, but she didn’t do it. It has been 1 week since I got them done and they are already away from the cuticle and chipped on top of my fingernails. I had to ask the person doing my toes to use the electric tool so thin then out. It was not a very relaxing pedicure. She hurt me a few times. My granddaughters have been going to VIP often. They seem to like it. I’m not overly impressed."

"Found this place on Apple Maps right next to my Chiropractor and it’s super convenient! Nina has been the best so far and does such a thorough job on my nails. The prices are amazing and they’re always so kind! HUGE color selection and they’re always playing food shows (which are my favorite). Definitely recommend for the price!"

"I usually go to Gloss nails by Target. Today I went to VIP for my moms birthday, and while This place is cheaper, I thought by the reviews it would be better. HOWEVER, I didn’t feel as pampered, my cuticle was cut down too low on my thumb and I started bleeding, I feel like she was rushing on my hands. Then, after our pedicure, they separated my mom and I in different seating areas. Talk about bonding time cut short. It did the job. I’ll probably think about coming back. The nails did turn out nice though so I’m not complaining about that. They don’t usually take credit card payments. If you pay by card you get charged 2% more. Also, tipping is cash or venmo only."

"Went to this salon for the first time and got dip powder on my natural nails, looked great at first, absolutely loved it. Highly, highly disappointed 3 days after when my dip powder started to chip. I’ve never had dip powder chip on my nails, this is 5 days after."
