"I originally came here because after a lot of research I found that electrolysis is the only fda approved process to permanently remove hair. I drove to the Plainfield area as I couldn't find any other providers of electrolysis closer to me. I was thrilled when they moved to Grandville! I had previously not had any luck with laser treatments at other places but they talked me into trying it again and then touching up with electrolysis. I am so glad that I listened. They really know what they are doing! I had such success with their laser hair removal and electrolysis!! I was able to stop going as my hairs were gone! I do have a few random new hairs that have started growing after a few years and will go back for some touch up electrolysis. I also recently had a massage here and really enjoyed it as well. The new location is beautiful and the massage was so nice. Andrea was so nice and the massage was wonderful. I 100% recommend Gentle Touch for hair removal and massages!!"

"I had a great experience with Gentle Touch after purchasing a Groupon in Spring 2013. The staff was always friendly and understanding to any of my concerns. They were also flexible when I needed to adjust my appointments. I did get odd burn marks after my 4th & 5th appointments but they explained them to me, adjusted the strength of the laser and the marks went away. Update: October 2017 I have now gone for a second laser area and am just as happy if not happier with their service and care."

"I've been going to Gentle Touch for YEARS. Jill and Betsy are great! I've done full legs and underarms. I only have sporadic hairs left and they are so fine and light. I went from torture and red bumps to smooth great looking legs! I have friends that go other places that don't get half the results I do. It's all about technology and professionalism. Other companies keep you coming back because their stuff just doesn't work. Gentle Touch has the knowledge and tools to eradicate unwanted hair! I've NEVER had burns from it. It's a laser...it's hot...it's painful...it's NOT scary and SO worth it!"
