"I'm a DAILY customer at this location and I question why every single day do I still choose this location. The drinks are never consistent and I place a mobile order! I don't know how much clearer you can be other then a written order (and time to prepare it). I've spoken on Several occasions to the workers on how I can order my drink so it comes out the same daily and that it's ACTUALLY filled to the top. They have no answer and just apologize every time and remake the drink. I do not want to wait or drive back for this all the time. With that said, that's exactly why I'm leaving this review. I've spoken to the actual business (something everyone always suggests doing first) already and no adjustments have been. I used to go to the Starbucks at Gratiot and Masonic rd. They actually get to know their daily customers. I'd pull up, they'd know my name and drink order! I truly felt the value of the drink and customer service there! Especially when you spend $7 a day there which is $217 a month! For reference I get a grande white mocha latte with no foam and whip cream. It's not anything custom. I also provided pictures of this daily problem in hopes they will adjust the training of crew members. Starbucks is a treat to some people, please make it worth their money."
