"One of the worst Starbucks locations. Some workers are very rude. I placed a mobile order for iced caramel macchiato and upon arrival got yelled at by the clerk (Erin) “not ready yet” Waited another 20 minutes to receive my drink."

"Literally was a gnat in my hot chocolate which was closed with a lid and straw so was impossible for anything to get in there unless it was in there before being closed up and handed to me.
