"absolutely horrible. had to spend 40 minutes waiting for TWO coffees that i PAID for via mobile order. i used to go here everyday and this location has now lost a regular customer. dunkin’ donuts ALL THE WAY. watched 20 drive through orders be made and go out while my order that i PAID for was nowhere for nearly an hour. EDIT: if anyone else who dealt with this on 1/28/24 sees this contact corporate i got my money back and then some after explaining an understaffed store is still accepting Mobile orders & making people wait 40 minutes for them"

"I used to come to this location all the time, and while I love the manager - the team they have behind him is slow, and many times rude. After having it out with another male barista six months ago, I stopped coming here. Unfortunately the next closest Starbucks wasn’t offering mobile order so I came back here, and I’ve now been waiting over 20 minutes for my drink - which is an americano. Not that complicated. While I understand things take time, I could have manually ordered this drink and had been out the door 10 minutes earlier at the other store. Severely disappointed. They need to get the manager here a more competent team."

"So I absolutely love Starbucks but every time I come to this location I’m in line for 30-45 minutes waiting. I’d rather go to the location by the mall- line is quicker. The people are super nice here though."

"Dirty and slow, the glass on the counter which is very customer facing hasnt been clean in a while. The pick up counter itself was dirty and just needed a quick wipe. Very slopp and I lost my appetite and patience waiting forever. The person who took my order spoke way too softly which was frustrating. I regret tipping so much."

"I want to preface my review with the fact that I NEVER do reviews, but I feel like this review is necessary due to the repeated inconvenience of attempting to use the app at this particular store. It is slightly disturbing and disheartening that the store turns off the option in the app to purchase many items from the menu saying that they are unavailable or sold out at the store. I will go through the drive through and attempt to order that supposedly sold out item and am able to purchase it that way. I don't know if the purpose of turning off the option to buy in the app makes it so that they are able to move the drive-through line more smoothly or what. It was especially frustrating when the order ahead was turned off in the app yesterday during the half-off hand crafted drinks special being offered. All it does is make me go to another nearby store location where I haven't had any problems purchasing items through the app. Whoever manages or owns that store needs to look into improper use of turning off things in the app just to make it convenient for the store workers."
