"I had comments made to me on a personal level by my hair stylist on more than one occasion. They were unprofessional, inappropriate and unnecessary. I should have left two years ago. She also said there were undesirable people going to Twelve Oaks mall. I put it nicer than what she said because I can’t remember what word she used, but it was derogatory. I was shocked. I thought, again, that was unnecessary. I’ve never had this problem with a hairdresser before. Never. I’ve been getting hair services my whole life."

"Due to some extremely difficult (and personal) events in my life recently, I had a minor emotional breakdown while I was there. Jennie not only didn’t judge me at all, but she also listened to my problems and seemed like she cared. Then another woman (I think she works at the front desk but I don’t know her name) came to sweep some hair and, despite seeing me looking like an emotional mess, told me I looked beautiful after my haircut. And you know what, I think she really meant it. The kindness they showed to me is more appreciated than they could know. And on top of that, I left with a stellar haircut, as always. Edit: Jennie called me the next day to check on me and see how I was doing. This is extremely thoughtful and above and beyond the line of duty."

"I came in for a haircut with Kelly, and I left with the biggest smile on my face!! I got bangs cut, she did an amazing job and was quick, too. She cut them exactly the way I wanted them and they look fantastic. Definitely knows what she is doing. She’s the biggest sweetheart, as well! Had a lovely conversation with her! I will absolutely be coming back and will be requesting her! ♥️"
